Almost half of voters oppose a Tory deal with the Democratic Unionist Party , a poll showed.

Only 8% approved of Arlene Foster ’s right-wing party, which opposes abortion and gay rights, in the YouGov poll for The Times.

An unfavourable view of the DUP was held by 48%.
